At Flourish Taproom, reserve your event by selecting a date and time, with most bookings in 4-hour blocks. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot, after which you can finalize details like guest count and layout while exploring add-ons. Cancellation Policy
Flourish Venue Booking Policy By booking an event at Flourish Taproom, you agree to the following terms. 1. Reservation & Payment Events are booked in 4-hour increments. Fri–Sun: $500 • Mon–Thurs: $375 Extra hours: $125/weekend or $94/weekday (pending availability). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance will be charged during your event; if unpaid, the card on file will be charged. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 7–1 days before: refund minus deposit. Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Event Time Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup. Early access must be arranged in advance. If your event ends during regular business hours, the venue will reopen to the public. You may continue celebrating but must return furniture to its original placement and remove all trash and items. 4. Staffing, Food & Alcohol A private bartender is included when drink service is requested. A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. All alcohol must be purchased and served by Flourish staff; no outside alcohol is permitted. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. 5. Decorations & Setup No nails, tape, or adhesives on walls; Command Strips only. No open flames, glitter, confetti, fake snow, or fog machines. All décor, rentals, and personal items must be removed at the end of the event. 6. Clean-Up & Damages Clients must leave the space in its original condition. Excessive cleaning may result in a $100 fee. Clients are responsible for any damages. 7. Conduct & Liability Hosts are responsible for guest behavior. Alcohol service requires a valid ID for guests 21+. Service may be refused to intoxicated guests, and events may end early for unsafe or disorderly conduct. Flourish is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property. 8. Parking & Accessibility Parking is available behind the building and in the parking deck across the street. Elevator access is located on Davis Street; ramp access is available at the front entrance.
