At Flourish Taproom, reserve your event by selecting a date and time, with most bookings in 4-hour blocks. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot, after which you can finalize details like guest count and layout while exploring add-ons. Cancellation Policy
By booking an event at Flourish Taproom, you agree to the following terms: 1. Reservation & Payment Events are booked in 4-hour increments. Friday–Sunday: $500 Monday–Thursday: $375 Extra hours may be added at $125/hour for weekend events, or 94/hour for weekday events (pending availability). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date; balance will be charged during your event at Flourish. If unpaid, the card on file will be charged. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Cancel 7–1 days before: refund minus deposit. Cancel less than 24 hours before: no refund. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. 3. Event Time Reserved time includes setup and cleanup. Early access must be arranged in advance. If your event ends during regular business hours, doors reopen to the public. You may continue celebrating but must return furniture to original placement and remove trash. 4. Staffing, Food & Alcohol A private bartender is included if drink service is required (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. All alcohol must be purchased and served by Flourish staff. No outside alcohol. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. 5. Decorations & Setup No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls; use Command strips. No open flames, glitter, confetti, or fog machines. Décor, rentals, and personal items must be removed at the end of the event. 6. Clean-Up & Damages Clients must leave the venue in original condition. Excessive cleaning may result in a $100 fee. Clients are responsible for damages. 7. Conduct & Liability Hosts are responsible for guest behavior. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ with ID. Service may be refused to intoxicated guests; events may end early for disorderly conduct. Flourish is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property. 8. Parking & Accessibility Parking is behind the building or in the deck across the street. Elevator access via Davis St.; ramp at the front entrance.
