Cancellation Policy

Flourish Taproom Venue Booking Policy 1. Reservation & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the card on file will be automatically charged. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Event Timing & Setup Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup. Additional time may be added at $125 per hour, pending availability. Guests may arrive at the start of the reserved time. Early access is not permitted unless prearranged. 4. Decorations & Setup Guests may bring decorations, but no tape, nails, or adhesives on walls. Command strips are preferred. Open flames (candles, torches, etc.) are not allowed. Confetti, glitter, and fog machines are prohibited. 5. Catering & Alcohol Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. All alcohol must be purchased and served by Flourish Taproom staff—no outside alcohol is allowed. Guests must comply with all local and state alcohol laws. 6. Clean-Up & Damages Clients are responsible for leaving the venue in its original condition. All decorations, personal items, and trash must be removed at the end of the event. A cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if excessive cleaning is required. Any damages will be billed to the client after the event. 7. Conduct & Liability The event host is responsible for the behavior of their guests. Flourish Taproom is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We reserve the right to end an event early if there is excessive disorderly conduct. 8. Parking & Accessibility Parking is available behind the building or in the parking deck across the street. An elevator is accessible from the Davis Street entrance, and a ramp is available at the front entrance. By booking an event at Flourish Taproom, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
