Reserve Flourish Taproom for your private event Monday–Thursday. Includes a 4-hour rental, seating for up to 75 guests, bartender service when beverages are served, tables/chairs, TV, mic, Spotify access, and outside food welcome. A 50% deposit is due today to secure your date.
Booking Policy
FLOURISH TAPROOM | EVENT BOOKING POLICY By booking, you agree to the following terms: RESERVATION & PAYMENT • Events are booked in 4-hour increments. Fri–Sun: $600 ($175/ext hr). Mon–Thurs: $475 ($118/ext hr). Extra hours subject to availability. • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. • The remaining balance is charged during your event. Unpaid balances will be automatically charged to the card on file. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING • All deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Cancel 7 days to 24 hours before: Refund of balance paid (minus deposit). • Cancel under 24 hours before: No refund. • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and depend on availability. EVENT TIME & ACCESS • Reserved blocks include your setup and cleanup time. Early access must be pre-arranged. • If your block ends during business hours, the venue reopens to the public. You may stay, but you must reset furniture and remove all trash/items at the end of your block. STAFFING, FOOD & ALCOHOL • A private bartender is included if drink service is requested. A 20% gratuity is added to the final bill. • All alcohol must be purchased from and served by Flourish staff. No outside alcohol permitted. Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. CLEAN-UP & DAMAGES • All décor and personal rentals must be removed immediately post-event. • Leave the space in its original condition. Excessive cleanup will result in a $100 fee. Clients are liable for any venue damage. CONDUCT & LIABILITY • Hosts are responsible for guest behavior. Valid ID required for alcohol (21+). • Staff may refuse service to intoxicated guests. Events may end early for disorderly conduct. • Flourish is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property. PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY • Parking is behind the building and in the deck across the street. • Elevator access is on Davis St; ramp access is at the front entrance.
